Traffic Control Management
We can provide complete traffic control management. Our solutions are adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients. They begin with our customer service and by providing immediate response to the labor, and equipment needs of our clients. We’re available 24x7x365 and we don’t use a paging service so you always get one of us when you call. We will be on time, we will go anywhere, and be ready at any time! Our expert traffic control technicians can write the traffic control plan for each project, they can set up the zone according to the approved plan, and they can provide all the required signs, equipment, and certified flaggers to safely execute the plan. They are more than just “flaggers” because they have been trained to do more than just turn a STOP/SLOW paddle.
Crew Leader Program
We have created a layer of checks and balances that ensures quality work zone safety. Each crew consists of a certified flagger and a crew leader. The crew leader has gone through advanced training and is responsible for the work zone quality, crew punctuality, crew appearance, and direct client communication in the field. The crew leader program helps us identify quality workers and start them off on their professional development.
Quality Assurance
In addition, we have road supervisors with added experience and training who provide immediate support to crews in their territory, and another layer of quality assurance. The supervisors report to our Director of Operations who further provides resource support or industry knowledge to create another level of quality assurance. This dynamic layering of skill and experience produces the safest work zones in the industry.
Fleet / Uniforms / Appearance
We’re at the front lines of the work zone and understand that we not only represent ourselves, but our clients as well. All our flaggers are expected to maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance, and to project a positive image at all times. They are required to wear the approved classification of uniform that is consistently inspected for tears and malfunctions. Our fleet of trucks go through a daily inspection, weekly cleaning and washing, and monthly proactive maintenance.
